The Lynx Distributor module includes a positive and negative busbar and allows connection of up to 4 individual circuits, loads, batteries or DC devices. Each DC circuit is protected by its own fuse (not included). The Lynx Distributor module is part of the Lynx modular distribution system with the option of interconnecting with M8 screws. The Lynx Distributor module includes a negative and positive busbar with M10 screws for connecting battery cables and other devices or DC circuits. An optional LED function is provided for each fuse to indicate if the fuse is broken. If you wish to use the LED indication of an interrupted fuse, connection to a Lynx Shunt or Lynx BMS is required. The Lynx Shunt/Lynx BMS provides the Lynx Distributor with the supply voltage for the internal electronics. Another alternative is to provide an external 5 VDC power supply. A cable with RJ11 connectors is used to connect the Lynx Shunt/Lynx BMS to the Lynx Distributor. This RJ11 cable is included in the delivery. When the device and operating status is OK, only the central green LED is lit. When a fuse is damaged or missing, the center LED and the LED of that damaged fuse will turn red. If you are not using all of the connection terminals, you will need to install fuses or jumpers on the terminals to turn off the red LEDs for those positions. Fuses are not included. Lynx Distributor does not support direct communication with GX devices using the VE.Can protocol.
