The XH-M240 will measure the capacity (mAh), stored energy (mWh) and voltage (V) of a single Li-Ion18650 cell. It can be powered by an external 5-12V power supply or by an 18650 cell (second power slot on the module). The measurement result is displayed on the LED display after the test until the device is reset.

Instructions for use:
1) Connect the DC 5V~12V working voltage from the white socket of XH2.54-2P or insert the 18650 power cell into the left battery holder.
2) Install the tested 18650 cell into the right battery holder.
3) Turn on the power switch. The display will show the current voltage of the cell under test.
4) Repeatedly press the + or - button briefly to adjust the voltage to terminate the discharge. The recommended voltage of the measured cell to terminate the test is 2.75V. Simultaneously pressing the + and - buttons for 3s will set the factory parameters.
5) Short press the left button to start the article test. The LED indicator D3 located above the start button will then light up.
6) By briefly pressing the second button from the left, you can switch the current display to
mAh/mWh/V.
7) By long pressing the left button, the measured values can be deleted.
8) The module will stop discharging-testing the cell when the set voltage for test termination is reached. Then LED D3 will start flashing (permanently lit during measurement). The LED display shows the measured capacity, energy and voltage of the cell.
9) Measurement time estimation: the discharge current is 500mA. If the cell capacity is 2000mAh, the measurement time will be about 4 hours.
The product is not a separately functional unit, it requires professional assembly.
