The pressure stations are suitable for thermal water, industrial washing (cold and hot liquids, and coolants) and hot water applications up to 90°C. Single-stage 2 KI pumps made of AISI 304 stainless steel are used to guarantee excellent corrosion resistance (special mechanical seals for aggressive liquids are available on request). The main features of the 2 KI pressure stations are reliability, ease of operation and minimal maintenance requirements.

Construction features:

HYDRAULIC PART

- 2 centrifugal pumps KI 30 stainless steel AISI 304;

- Base, complete with 4 anti-vibration rubber feet;

- Threaded suction and discharge pipe in AISI 304 stainless steel; - 1 x 18 l pressure vessel;

- Ball valves on suction and discharge - 2 stainless steel plugs AISI 304, for shutting off the manifolds;

- 1 pressure sensor on discharge pipe (pressure detection).

ELECTRIC PART

Ip 55 self-extinguishing, shockproof, plastic electric control panel E.BOX, with display. The control panel protects the electric pumps and controls the operation, keeping the system at the preset pressure value.
