Microprocessor-controlled three-stage 6V/1.2A charger for AGM/GEL VRLA batteries with a capacity of 4 - 16Ah. This charger is used to charge maintenance-free, sealed AGM/GEL batteries and is designed for use in dry and ventilated rooms. The charging process itself is electronically controlled, so there is no risk of overcharging the battery. The charger can also be used as a maintenance charger, i.e. it can be connected to the battery even after the green LED is lit. Note: We recommend using the charger only for recharging batteries with a capacity corresponding to the technical specifications of the product. Charging batteries with higher capacities will significantly increase the charging time. If used for a battery with a lower capacity, there is a risk of damage to the battery. General instructions for use and basic technical data NAPB-WI6-1200: 1) Connect the charger connectors to the battery. 2) Check the correct connection, the red marked connector must always be connected to the + pole of the battery. 3) Plug the charger into the mains. 4) When plugged in, the red LED will light up - the battery starts charging. The charging time of the battery depends on its capacity in Ah (see recommended battery capacity). 5) Warning: prolonged or frequent use of this charger for batteries with a capacity of less than 4Ah may damage the battery due to high charging current or shorten its life! When using this charger for batteries with a capacity greater than 16Ah, the charging time will be extended, but there is no risk of damage or shortening of the battery life. 6) Green LED lights up - the battery is charged. 7) When the green LED lights up, disconnect the charger from the mains and disconnect the connectors from the battery. The charger is automatic, meaning that the charging process is controlled automatically until the battery is fully charged. However, due to the automatically controlled charging process, it is possible to use this charger as a maintenance charger, i.e. it can be connected to the battery even after the green LED is lit.
