BRA.F5.000 - flanged check valves

The BRA.F5.000 series includes flanged check valves designed for use in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), water distribution, compressed air, and systems handling oils and hydrocarbons. These valves operate at a maximum pressure of 16 bar (10 bar for DN 250) and are suitable for temperatures between -10°C and +100°C. They are available in sizes from DN 50 to DN 250, with body lengths ranging from 100 mm to 300 mm. The valves are certified for use with drinking water and are compatible with water containing up to 50% glycols.

The valves feature PN 16 flanges as per STN EN 1092-1. For DN 50–DN 100, the body is made of cast iron with brass guide and disc and an NBR seal. For DN 125–DN 250, the body, guide and disc are all cast iron with an NBR seal. They can be installed in any position but require a minimum back pressure of 0.1 bar. Opening pressure varies depending on the installation orientation and should be verified using the technical sheet.
