Ceramic bread mould with internal glaze is a high quality product made of natural material. Ceramics conduct heat very well and therefore baking in ceramics is very economical. Ceramic containers have a long service life and will last you for several years with proper handling. However, it is necessary to observe certain principles of utensil handling. The product has very high stresses, therefore it does not tolerate immediate rapid temperature changes - thermal shock. Air flow must be ensured between the mould and the bottom of the oven, so always place the product on a grid. It is necessary to put the cold mould in a cold oven and only then switch on. Never place the hot mould on metal, stone or tiles after removing it from the oven - always only on a wooden base. The mould is not dishwasher safe, it can be used in gas, electric and hot-air ovens (max 280°C).
