The Procraft DWD810.80 sanding roller is designed for polishing and finishing furniture, metal and non-metal products and wooden parts. The multi-blade design ensures even surface contact, smooth operation and stable material removal without significant transitions. The roller dimensions of 80 × 100 mm and the P80 grit size allow efficient removal of minor irregularities, surface uniformity and material preparation before further surface treatment. The model is designed for use with the Procraft BM100A cordless cylindrical grinder (satin finish) (without battery and charger).

Multi-layered grinding wheels ensure even material removal and long tool life. The design allows for gradual wear without loss of efficiency.

Dimension 80x100 mm: optimum working area for efficient machining of larger flat surfaces and profiled parts while maintaining good tool control.

Grit P80: a balanced grit suitable for removing oxidation, light corrosion and uniform surface finish without excessive material removal.

Clamping diameter max. 19 mm: compatible with Procraft BM100A cordless cylindrical grinder (satin finish). Ensures firm and stable clamping of the roller during work.

Maximum working speed 4000 min-¹: designed for safe operation at higher speeds without loss of stability and machining efficiency.
