The outdoor PoE extender acting as a 3-port PoE switch offers a smart and easy-to-install solution to extend the range of your network without additional power. Simply bypass the 100m limit for Ethernet cables by using the PoE extender to power longer distances. Connect a PoE extender using an 802.3af/at/bt PoE powered Ethernet cable to the input port and you can connect cameras or other PoE extenders on output ports 2 and 3, for example, with the ability to cascade up to 4 extenders in a row.
