Dekaseal 1512 is a sprayable, one-component, butyl-based, plastic-elastic sealant that can be repainted and is free of aromatic solvents. The product forms a dry "skin". Dekaseal 1512 is used in the manufacture and servicing of caravans, motorhomes and other recreational vehicles. Areas of application: groove sealing, sealing edge to edge joints, sealing overlaps and joints in construction, sealing on metal, ventilation systems, on motor vehicles, on trolleys, containers and mechanical construction. For seating and sealing between window frames (metal, wood) and masonry, sealing between prefabricated components, for sheet metal bounding chimneys. For installation and for painting work, and for all types of building components. Very good resistance to UV radiation and ageing. Can be used in a temperature range of -30°C to +100°C. 310ml cartridge pack. Colour grey-white. More information in related documents.
