Egg turning system

RIVER SYSTEMS ET 24 AUTOMATICis equipped with an egg rotation systemwhich ensures regular movement every 2 hours. The rotation is carried out thanks to a motor that drives the holders, so that each holder can hold one medium-sized egg (hen) or up to four small eggs (quail).This function ensures efficient turning of all eggs at once without the need for manual intervention.Three days before the end of hatching, the holders can be easily removed and the eggs transferred to a plastic tray, where they don't have to turn around anymore. This practical system allows perfect hatching of eggs without disturbing their development, ensuring great results when hatching poultry including hens, ducks, geese, quail and more.

Temperature setting and control

The hatch is equipped with a modern control panel thatallows easy and precise temperature adjustment from 30 °C to 40 °C with an accuracy of 0.1 °C. Using the intuitive (+) and (-) buttons, you can easily adjust the temperature to suit the hatching needs of different egg types. The digital display gives youprovides an overview of the current temperatureallowing you to have complete control over the hatchery environment. This system providesideal conditions for hatching hen, quail and other eggswhich contributes to a high hatching success rate.

Humidity adjustment and control

The humidity in the hatchery is regulated by manually adding water to the outer holesthat lead water to the tanks located under the base (plastic grid) at the bottom of the hatchery. This water evaporates and creates the required humidity in the hatchery. With water in one tank, the humidity reaches 45-55 %, while with water in both tanks the humidity increases to 60-65 %. To achieve optimum resultsit is recommended to refill the water at a temperature of 25 - 30 °C, because cold water could disrupt conditions in the hatchery. This systemallows easy humidity control without opening the hatcherywhich helps maintain a stable microclimate for ideal hatching.

Egg rotation, temperature and humidity are crucial for successful hatching of poultry.in this hatchery you have complete control over these factors. The temperature can be set between 30 and 40 °C, the humidity is controlled by adding water to the tanks andthe eggs are turned every two hours. These parameters provide optimal conditions for hatching different types of eggs. Eggs should not be exposed to temperatures below +5 °C or above +26 °C.Ideally, the eggs should be placed in the hatchery between the second and seventh day after laying and should be warmed to room temperature before placement.
