The smart door lock in a modern grey-black design perfectly secures the entrance and allows you to unlock or lock the door with just a click on the mobile app. Another option is to enter a security code or attach a contactless card to the wireless keypad included in the package. The keypad is IP56 waterproof and will sound a loud alarm if you try to remove it. It also features a middle button with a bell function, which when pressed will start the smart lock inside ringing. The device installs directly onto the original lock with the key inserted, no intervention in the lock mechanism is required. After that, the key is turned automatically, but if necessary, the lock can be unlocked manually using the push button. From the outside, it appears as a completely ordinary lock and can be unlocked with the key. The lock communicates wirelessly with the smartphone and keypad via Bluetooth. It uses Zigbee technology to connect to the EZVIZ A3 smart gateway (included) and then integrate into the smart home. The keypad and lock are powered by AA batteries. Combined with the included EZVIZ A3 smart gateway, it offers a wide range of options and features, including remote access from anywhere, automatic locking, generating a temporary guest key, managing users or sending notifications in the event of an unlock. Connecting the gateway to the Internet can be easily accomplished either wired via RJ-45 connector or wirelessly via Wi-Fi.
