Professional automatic egg hatcher CIMUKA HB175C
State-of-the-art hatchery with poultry hatchery on the market, suitable for hatching waterfowl and poultry, with TurnX automatic turning system, with a capacityhatching up to 175 hen eggs (universal grids for different types of eggs), with a capacity ofhatching up to 35 hen eggs (universal poultry catcher baskets),with temperature and humidity control alarm, automatic temperature control (digital adjustment with an accuracy of 0.1°C),with automatic humidity control (digital adjustment with 1% accuracy),with active periodic egg cooling function, with thermometer and hygrometer, with internal lighting and external room temperature sensor.
Hatchery and hatching capacity by poultry species
Hatchery capacity: 140 hen, 396 quail, 60 goose, 96 duck or 192 pheasant eggs.
The capacity of the doliahne: 35 hen, 99 quail, 15 goose, 24 duck or 48 pheasant eggs.
(You can achieve the maximum capacity of the hatcher by purchasing 4 pcs of CIMUKA FLX35Y-K covers, which you can use to make the hatcher grids into baskets for hatching)
Egg turning system
The rotation of the eggs in the hatchery is ensured byturnX automatic egg turning system. With this system, theeggs regularly and very gently rotated at 1 hour intervals. The TurnX system is made of chrome steel and isvery easy to maintain. The system motor is powered by a separate adapter withvery low consumption. Included in the package areuniversal grids for different types of eggs. These grids can hatch a variety of egg sizes (from quail to goose eggs), which are placed in the grid andfastened by means of dividing railswhich are of course included in the package - each grate comes with 10 pieces of dividers.
On the last 2-3 days of incubation, the eggs are transferred from the grids to baskets to catch up the poultrywhich are also included in the package. The eggs are no longer rotated in the baskets so that the fetus can find the most suitable way out of the shell and successfully hatch into a fowl.

Temperature setting and control
The temperature can be adjusted and possibly further regulateranges from 36.6 to 38.3°C with an accuracy of 0.1°C perusing the control panel of the electronic control unit see picture below. Panelis equipped with a digital display with temperature and humidity display, control buttons for the necessary hatchery settingsand alarmthat raises the alarmif the set low or high value is exceeded.

Humidity adjustment and control
The humidity can be adjusted and possibly further regulateautomatically in the range from 40 to 80% to within 1% forusing the control panel electronic control unit see above. In order to regulate the humidity automatically,it is necessary before the start of hatchingrefill water into individual bins, from which the water is then gradually evaporated to create the desired humidity according to the set values. Optimumtemperature supplemented bywaters is movingaround 25-30°C (cold water is not recommended). The gutter is equipped with a bottom trayto which water is manually added according to the instructions (the more water in the lower reservoir, the higher the humidity will be)and the upper tray water (4 litre tank), which also needs to be manually refilled during incubation andthe water is then automatically pumped into the patented HUMISONIC system, which already controls the humidity according to the set values.

Active periodic egg cooling function
In poultry, where cooling is needed during hatching and then swarm the eggs, take advantage of the active intermittent cooling functionwhich automatically by settingcan reduce both temperature and humidity at regular intervals on the low side, and thus cool the egg and simulate the behaviour of poultry that leave the nest for a certain period of time during hatching to drink and feed.At the end of the cooling phase you're a hatcherywill automatically increase the humidity to simulate the dew of the eggs, which occurs in nature by the poultry getting soaked during a break and then wetting themselves back onto the eggs.
Egg rotation, temperature and humidity are very important factors when incubating poultry and it is important to maintain the correct procedure and values,to make hatching successful! For more valuable advice that can help you achieve high hatchability, please refer to the guide.
