In addition, it has four more 10Gbps combo ports. The combo ports can be used together with 8 regular 10G RJ45 Ethernet ports at all times. These ports can also be selected using RouterOS scripting software to decide which combo ports will be active. Redundant power supplies This device is a practical solution for those who work with huge data streams and need fast and capable 24/7 connectivity. The CRS312-4C+8XG-RM has two redundant power supplies to ensure you are prepared for any unexpected power outages. The device also has full USB, a console port and a 1U metal chassis with a depth of just 183mm. Two operating systems You can choose between the legendary feature-packed RouterOS for deployment or the simpler but still powerful SwOS. If you would like to use routing and other L3 features in your CRS, use RouterOS.
