The new SXTsq 5 ax - MikroTik's first outdoor CPE device with Wi-Fi 6 support, combining cutting-edge wireless technology with the proven and compact design of the SXTsq series. Despite the move to Wi-Fi 6 and an advanced dual-core processor based on ARM architecture, this unit maintains the same price point as the previous Wi-Fi 5 model - making it one of the most affordable rugged CPE devices on the market. The unit's housing is designed to withstand all weather conditions, and the back allows for direct mounting in three different mounting positions - including the ability to mount to a horizontal railing. With the RouterOS L4 license, the unit can also be configured as an access point. The unit is equipped with a dual-polarization antenna with a gain of 16 dBi and, thanks to the radio part with Wi-Fi 6, achieves a maximum modulation speed of up to 1200 Mbps. For network connectivity, there is a 1× gigabit ETH port, which also allows the unit to be powered using passive PoE in the 12-28 V range. The maximum power consumption of the device is 6 W.
