VE.Can: a solution for multiple solar controllers in one system With VE.Can, up to 25 units can be synchronized in a single PV system. Ultra-fast Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) Victron Energy's MPPT solar controllers are among the absolute world leaders in the industry and offer ultra-fast MPPT tracking. Particularly under overcast skies with continuous changes in light intensity, this controller makes solar gains 30% higher than conventional PWM controllers or 10% higher than slow MPPT controllers. Especially with partial shading, two or more points of maximum output can be given. Conventional MPPT controllers tend to maintain power at a local power point, but this may not correspond to the optimum (maximum) power point. Excellent efficiency of up to 98%, with no unnecessary power loss with quiet passive fanless cooling. Built-in Bluetooth Smart You can monitor and configure the SmartSolar MPPT controller via your smartphone or tablet. You can monitor current status and historical data and make parameter adjustments using the VictronConnect mobile app. You can download the VictronConnect app for free on Google Play or in the App Store. If you want to do the above using a PC, then you have the option to use a VE.direct to USB cable to connect the controller and PC. SmartSolar plug-in display (not included) An additional SmartSolar plug-in display can be purchased as an accessory. The display plugs into the connector on the front of the controller and allows you to visualize all operating statuses and make parameter settings.
