The UT139S is a new professional True RMS rated multimeter with CAT III 600V protection, designed to meet the needs of electricians for the measurement of LV distribution networks in buildings with a black EBTN display. The instrument complies with cETLus certification and includes a number of superior functions such as low impedance voltage (LoZ) measurement, non-contact voltage (NCV) measurement, capacitor capacitance measurement or even temperature measurement. The clear display with 31-segment analogue line simulation ensures a more perfect display of the measured values and a better visual representation. The data on the display is light on a dark background, unlike the UT139E, which has dark data on a light background, otherwise the two instruments are exactly the same. The display range is ±9.999 for capacitance and frequency measurements and ±5.999 for other measurements. The refresh rate is 2 to 3 times per second. Fusing of the current ranges is accomplished by tubular fuses (10A range by FF 10A H/600V fuse (6 x 25mm); mA/µA range by FF 600mA H/600V fuse (6 x 32mm)). The power supply of the multimeter is provided by two AA 1.5V alkaline batteries. The range of measurement quantities can be selected automatically, also manually. Included in the package are measuring cables with tips, thermo probe with K-cell and also batteries.
