In this new multipack, Solarix self-cutting keystones are available in 24 pieces, in a recyclable cardboard box and without plastic bags. This packaging method is therefore much more environmentally friendly (i.e. instead of plastic packaging, the 24 keystones are packed in one recyclable paper box) and also this packaging allows for quicker availability of the keystones during installation (i.e. no need to unpack the keystones individually). Solarix self-cutting keystones are characterized by their very simple installation, which does not require the use of a cutting tool. These keystones easily meet the parameters specified in the international structured cabling standards ANSI/TIA 568, ISO/IEC 11801 and EN 50173 for Category 5E and Class D wiring, including all the latest additions. The keystones are fitted with a 180° self-cutting terminal block, which is colour coded according to the wiring type, to either the T568A or T568B standard. The standard colour of the Solarix unshielded self-tapping keystones is black, while the shielded version has a silver metallic body. Thanks to their compact dimensions, these self-cutting keystones are compatible with modular sockets from most manufacturers (e.g. ABB, Schneider, Legrand, Moeller, Hager, Obzor, etc.).
