Installation

Neo is hung on the wall using mounting brackets (sold separately unless stated otherwise). Because it carries its full weight through a handful of wall fixings, we strongly recommend having it installed by a qualified plumber who can confirm the wall or bracket can safely support it.

FAQ

What wall types can it be fitted to? It can go on solid masonry with the right anchors, or on a stud/plasterboard wall provided a concealed support frame is used behind it.
Does it come with brackets? Fixing brackets are ordered separately unless bundled with an installation frame.
