The TwistPort adapter is designed for Mimosa A5x wireless APs and is used to connect the TwistPort antenna and the unit itself. TwistPort adapters are equipped with a quick-locking system from RF elements. Connecting and disconnecting the Rocket unit to/from the TwistPort adapter is very simple and requires no tools. Integration into the TwistPort ecosystem ensures very low RF loss, scalability, simple deployment and easy maintenance. TwistPort connector - Practical and lossless The TwistPort connector is virtually lossless and changes all established standards due to its easy handling. There are no RF connectors or RF cables that cause significant signal loss. Compared to commonly used coaxial cables and connectors, the loss on the TwistPort is almost unmeasurable. Thus, we can say that the TwistPort is virtually lossless. Connecting and disconnecting is ingeniously simple and can be done with one hand.
