From an installer's point of view, the SLEEK 700 is a straightforward retrofit for a shower renovation: a 700 mm stainless steel channel that goes into the screed, connects to standard waste pipework, and finishes with a matte black slot cover instead of a traditional grate.

Three feet under the channel adjust independently, so the body can be levelled precisely even on an uneven subfloor before the mortar bed goes down. The trap inside is removable without tools, which matters after the job is finished too - the homeowner can pull it for cleaning without calling anyone back out.

Sequence on site: set and level the channel in the screed, run and connect the waste pipe, waterproof, then tile with a fall to the slot from both sides. The cover strip is the final component, clipped in after grout has cured - fit it too early and it can trap moisture underneath.

Compatibility note: the drain accepts a standard side or vertical outlet depending on how the waste run is set up, so it fits most typical bathroom layouts without special adapters.
