Soldering / Heat Air Station ZD-912
Service station - micro soldering station with heat gun ZD-912 is a high-performance and multifunctional station for production and repair of electronic devices. It is suitable for soldering and desoldering most types of ICs and for repairing printed circuit boards or its components. This machine is used in electronic research, teaching, manufacturing and specially for repairing electronic devices. Two two-line LCD displays independently show the set temperature and the actual temperature of both the soldering iron tip and the hot air stream of the hot air gun. This makes it great for desoldering sensitive SMD circuits such as SOIC, CHIP, PLCC, BGA, etc. It protects circuits from static electricity damage and power surges. However, it is also applicable in a number of other applications where a concentrated flow of hot air is important, e.g. cleaning, hot mounting, heating of materials during maintenance or assembly. The temperature can be set on the LCD display, quickly warming up to operating temperature. The amount of air can be regulated continuously by controlling the mebran pump and by using the four different spikes included in the scope of delivery. Additional spike-adaptors according to the shape of the SMD component can be purchased. The handle is equipped with non-slip rubber, which offers greater comfort and facilitates handling. 1) Control unit
The soldering iron and blower are controlled automatically by two microprocessors. Digital control electronics and high quality sensors guarantee precise temperature control in the soldering tip. The highest degree of temperature accuracy and the most suitable dynamic thermal behaviour during changes in the heat load is achieved by fast and accurate evaluation of the measured values in a closed control circuit. A diaphragm pump integrated in the control unit reduces noise and ensures sufficient air flow.

2) Soldering iron
Soldering iron with 60W power (heating power up to 130W). The high power and thin tip shape are very suitable for fine work. The heating body contains a PTC sensor on the soldering tip and can quickly and accurately control and maintain the set soldering temperature. The soldering iron tip is N4 series and is replaceable.

3) Heat gun
The 320W, 160°C to 480°C (320°F to 896°F) gun with a wide range of handles can be used for soldering and desoldering all types of SDP, QFP, PLCC circuits - display of tip (air) temperature both preset and actual on the LCD
