Soldering station ZD-8936
The ZD-8936 soldering station (microsoldering station) was designed for lead-free soldering in the temperature range of 50 to 480°C. The device is designed for use in electronic research, schools and manufacturing, especially in the repair and soldering of electronic devices and telecommunications equipment. It is controlled automatically by a microprocessor. The seven-segment three-digit LED display shows both the actual temperature and the preset tip temperature. The tip, with a 24V heating element and actual temperature sensor, has an input power of 60W (it can automatically increase up to 120W when warming up). It therefore only takes about 30 seconds to heat up from room temperature to 350 °C. Digital electronics and a sensor in the feedback loop ensure a near-constant temperature setting, regardless of the increased heat extracted by the moulding of larger parts. The ZD-8936 soldering station, with a wide selection of N9-16 to N9-56 series soldering tips, can be used anywhere in the electronics industry. Rubber coated soldering iron handle for protection from heat during long term operation.
