Steel
This category includes prefabricated steel radiant ceiling heating and cooling panels designed for use in suspended ceilings with 15 mm thick gypsum boards. The panels integrate with EPS 150 polystyrene insulation and PE-RT tubing with an oxygen barrier for active systems. Available in smooth and perforated finishes, these panels are suitable for controlled environments requiring zoned thermal management.
Each panel is constructed from steel sheet, gypsum board with added soft wood and glass fibres, and 15 mm EPS 150 insulation. The PE-RT tubing is spirally installed with a 50 mm spacing and a connection size of 10x1.3 mm. These panels are available in two configurations: active and passive, with either smooth or perforated surface treatments.
How to choose
- Choose panel dimensions based on room layout and required coverage area; standard sizes include 60x60x3 cm.
- Match the PE-RT tubing connection size (10x1.3 mm) with your manifold or distribution system.
- Select between active and passive versions depending on whether you require integrated tubing for heating or cooling.
- Opt for smooth or perforated surfaces based on acoustic or aesthetic requirements of the space.
Frequently asked questions
