The EAP655-wall is a wireless Access Point from TP-Link, from the EAP family, and is designed for indoor use with surface-mounting on the box. The dual-band AP with support for 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax WiFi standards is 2×2 MIMO on both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz portions with modulation speeds of 574 + 2402 Mbps, four built-in antennas with 3 and 5 dBi gain, and double the capacity thanks to 160 MHz channel width in the 5GHz band. LAN and PoE The AP has four 10/100/1000 Mbps LAN ports, the first of which supports PoE IN (802.3af/at standards) and is located on the back of the device - facing the plastic box in the wall. The remaining 3 Gigabit LAN ports are located on the bottom of the device and one of them supports PoE-throughput (PoE-out) and can thus power other devices such as VoIP, IP camera and other devices with a maximum power consumption of 13 W.
