The Ubiquiti UniFi Switch Flex 2.5G PoE is a compact switch designed for network expansion in home and office environments, especially for connecting powered devices. It offers 8x 2.5Gbit ports with 802.3af/at/bt PoE support (POE++ 60W), allowing easy integration of devices with higher data rates, such as modern access points, servers or NAS storage. The total PoE budget reaches up to 196W when powered by a DC adapter. When the switch is powered by PoE, the PoE budget ranges from 12W - 57W. The switch supports management through the UniFi Network app, making it easy to configure and monitor the network. A 10G RJ45/SFP+ combo port serves as the uplink. One of its key features is the support for power over Ethernet, which means that the device can be powered directly via a network cable using the PoE input on the uplink port (90W 802.3bt / POE++), or then using a 54V DC / 3.9A adapter (adapter not included). Although the uplink port is a combo port, not only can one of the ports be used, but also the metallic port can be used for power and the optical port for data. Its minimalist design makes it ideal for placement on a desk or wall mounting. With an optional kit, DIN rail mounting is possible. It is fully compatible with UniFi products and allows for easy scaling as needed. UniFi Network v9.0.108 and later is required for device management.
