The UT8805E is a benchtop digital multimeter with a maximum display value of 199999 with automatic or optional manual range adjustment, color display, and true RMS value measurement function. Its circuit design utilizes large scale (LSI) analog-to-digital (A/D) converters, a microprocessor, multi-function measurement, and highly stable thin-film resistor fabrication technology, making it a digital multimeter with excellent performance.
The instrument can be used to measure AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current, resistance, capacitance, temperature, frequency, pulse width, diode testing and circuit continuity, etc. In addition, it also has data storage function, maximum/minimum/average value measurement, measurement with comparison function, relative value measurement, peak value detection, tendency graph capture, and the ability to record/read up to 10,000 data records.
The UT8805E comes with a 4.3 inch 480 x 272 pixel resolution TFT color display that allows for a versatile and clear display of measurement results using bar graph readings or trend graphs. The display allows dual data display, e.g. when measuring AC voltages or currents it also displays the frequency, when measuring temperature it also displays the thermocouple resistance, etc.
It is a high-end electrical measuring instrument suitable for measurement in electronics, communications, manufacturing, national defense, electric power, chemical and other industries. This instrument strictly complies with IEC61010-1, EN61010-2-030 safety standards, pollution level II, CATI 1000V overvoltage, CAT II 300V, it is equipped with double insulation, waterproof and dustproof with IP65 protection. It is an indispensable experimental tool for various colleges.
