Attentionwhen selecting an inverter, take into account the peak draws that most appliances have, which can be many times its nameplate rating. These are mainly electric motors and appliances powered by switching power supplies. Practical examples: A motor rated at 300W will run up to an inverter rated at 1000W. Even a 600W model with soft-start function is not enough.
