The inverter incorporates a robust toroidal transformer that has proven its reliability in Victron Energy inverters for many years.
The inverters are short-circuit proof and protected against overheating, whether due to overload or high ambient temperature.

This inverter is fully configurable - it is a completely unique feature where you can set the following parameters using your PC:
- low and high battery voltage alarm and reset level
- inverter low and high battery voltage shutdown level and reset level
- Output voltage 220/230/240V
- Frequency 50 Hz or 60 Hz
- ECO mode on/off sensitivity setting (setting the level when the inverter "falls asleep" and when it "wakes up" again)
 
Monitoring is also available:
- input and output voltage and current, temperature, alarms
 
High starting performance
Required to run loads such as power inverters for LED lamps, halogen lamps or power tools.
 
ECO mode
In ECO mode - when the load power falls below the preset value the inverter switches to standby mode (it falls asleep and the inverter's own consumption is then only about 1W). In standby mode with very low self-consumption, the inverter will then periodically switch on for a short time (adjustable parameter, standard: every 2.5 seconds). If the load power exceeds the preset value, the inverter will switch on again. This function saves a large amount of energy that the inverter would otherwise consume for its operation.
