LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) batteries with built-in BMS are characterised above all by their very low weight and high lifetime - approximately 6,000 cycles at a DoD of 60%. The high lifetime and very low self-discharge make LiFePO4 batteries ideal for both emergency power systems and off-grid installations. Their light weight allows them to be used in installations in vehicles (caravans, mobile refreshment) and boats. The built-in BMS system ensures long-term battery storage without loss of rated capacity and monitors the battery charging and discharging processes.
