The MS108GP is an 8 port full Gigabit POE switch in a desktop design. The switch supports 802.3af/at standards with a maximum power of 30W/port and has a total POE budget of 65W on 7 ports. Prioritizing the first two ports ensures error-free operation of powered devices prone to error-free data transmission, such as voice or video. Thanks to a mechanical switch on the back, it can be switched to Extend mode. where the maximum range is extended up to 250m, depending on the cable quality and power consumption of the powered device. Extend mode can be activated either for ports 1-4 only or for all 7 POE ports The link speed is automatically reduced to 10Mbps in this mode. The metal chassis ensures optimal cooling and long switch life.
