Discounted MHPower backup power supply and 33Ah  gel battery;is ideal as a backup source for a circulating pump, as a backup source for a boiler or as a backup source for a fireplace stove. However, thanks to its clean output sine curve and robust toroidal transformer, it is also suitable for backing up many other devices such as household appliances, power tools, chargers, compressors, pumps, motors, electric drives, office equipment, television equipment, telecommunications, servers, PCs and other powered devicesup to 300Wcontinuous operation. The backup power supply can also be used as a UPS for a caravan. The biggest advantage of this set is the possibility of connecting an external battery (included 33Ah Gel battery), thanks to which it is able to power the connected appliances for a long time depending on the consumption of the appliance.

Features:
When the mains power is supplied, the connected appliances are powered directly from the mains, the external battery is recharged, when the mains fails, the power supply automatically switches to the voltage converter, energy is drawn from the battery, the appliances are powered from the converter. When power is restored, the power supply automatically switches to the mains, the battery starts to recharge.

ATTENTION! The backup power supply (UPS) only works when connected to an external battery. It should not be used without the battery connected. Once the battery is connected, plug the main power cord into a mains socket (230V, 50 Hz) with a mains earth connection. On the back of the power supply, connect the device you want to operate during a power failure. Follow the following procedure: connect the battery, connect the main power supply, and then connect the appliance(s) to the backup power supply (UPS).To switch the AC load (appliance sockets) on or off, press and hold the power button (ON/OFF) for about 2 seconds.

In the event of a power failure or if the power parameters are not within the normal range, the backup power supply (UPS) automatically switches to the battery. The switching of the UPS to the battery is shown on the UPS display. The UPS device also announces the switching of the UPS to the battery with an audible signal.

Description of the MHPower 33Ah backup gel battery:

MHPower Deep cycle VRLA GEL battery with advanced electrolyte bonding technology on silica gel brings a number of indisputable advantages over conventional batteries with liquid electrolyte. The most significant of these are absolute maintenance-free operation over the entire service life, low self-discharge rate, temperature stability, high resistance to deep discharge and subsequent rapid "recovery", reduced impact of vibration and mechanical damage to the gel-fixed plates, no electrolyte layering with all its negatives, and low electrode corrosion and sulfation.

MHPower GE series gel batteries are manufactured with special separators and silica gel immobilizing the electrolyte inside the battery.
