The compact and rugged netPower Lite 8P switch delivers a high level of reliability for demanding installations with its integrated UPS mode and smart battery charger. Eight Gigabit Ethernet ports with 802.3af/at PoE-Out and a pair of 10G SFP+ uplinks ensure seamless connectivity and plenty of power for modern network topologies. The high PoE budget of 120W is supported by automatic output prioritization when input power is limited. The rugged design with an operating range of -40 to +70°C, 64MB Flash storage and 88E6193 switch chip is designed for environments where stability is a must. In addition, a temperature sensor monitors operating conditions and optimizes charging. Smart power supply and flexible security Three DC inputs (24-57 V) support a wide range of power options, while the integrated charger handles both lead acid and LiFePO4 batteries. The intelligent three-phase charging adapts to the current conditions and keeps the battery in the ideal mode thanks to a temperature sensor. When an external 24V battery is connected, the device turns into a reliable UPS unit with smooth, fail-safe switching. Safety principles, such as the need for BMS for LiFePO4 or negative pole isolation, contribute to maximum protection of the power system, while efficient power management ensures long-term stable operation of the entire infrastructure.
