The 2" filter is the largest in this oblique sediment filter range and is intended for higher-flow applications such as a building's main water intake or a commercial installation, rather than a single dwelling. Unlike the smaller sizes, it has no magnetic cartridge – filtration here relies purely on the mesh, sized to handle the larger pipe diameter without excessive pressure drop.
