The Colmi R10 is a clever ring that combines activity and health monitoring features with a minimalist design. It is equipped with a range of sensors and allows you to continuously monitor key body parameters. With the included app, you can access real-time data and insightful statistics - without having to wear a watch or bracelet.

Continuous health monitoring
Colmi R10 continuously analyses your heart rate, blood oxygen level (SpO₂), stress level and body temperature. So you get a better overview of your fitness - both during activity and at rest. The device works standalone, but when connected to the QRing app via Bluetooth, it automatically syncs and updates the data.

Sleep analysis and recovery
The device accurately records the length and quality of your sleep and distinguishes between deep sleep, light sleep and wake time. In the app, you'll find detailed reports to help you identify habits that affect your sleep and improve its quality.

Activity tracking and exercises
The Colmi R10 records the number of steps, distance travelled and calories burned. It also supports different exercise modes so you can tailor the measurement to your activity type. All data is presented in the form of daily, weekly and monthly statistics.

Convenient to use and robust construction
Thanks to its lightweight design, the smartwatch is virtually imperceptible on your finger. It is made of durable materials and the brushed finish gives it an elegant look. The case meets the 5ATM water resistance standard, which means you can wash your hands, shower and even swim freely in it.
