The FireAngel FA 3313 CO detector continuously tests the monitored environment for the lethal hazard of carbon monoxide (CO), and if an undesirable or critical concentration is detected, it will indicate the danger of CO levels both audibly and visually. The detector is powered by a pair of replaceable 1.5V AA alkaline batteries providing operation for up to one year and a 5 year warranty on the device. Unlike conventional detectors, the advanced electrochemical sensor is designed to accurately measure low levels of carbon monoxide (CO). The rapid response to rising CO levels is provided by the sensor's smart technology, which enables the activation of a high sensitivity mode with predictive CO level rise prediction for faster alerts and activates an indication to open windows, ventilate the area, minimising the risk of CO poisoning and preventing the build-up of dangerous levels of carbon monoxide. Thanks to automatic diagnostic checks, the sensor continuously verifies its functionality and immediately signals any malfunction. In addition, it is also able to alert when it reaches the end of its life and has a memory of alarm events in the absence of the user.
