The FireAngel FA 3820 CO detector continuously tests the monitored environment for the lethal hazard of carbon monoxide (CO) and if an undesirable or critical concentration is detected, it will signal the danger of CO levels both audibly and visually. The detector is powered by an integrated lithium power supply exceeding the 10 year life of the device and with a 5 year warranty on both the device and the lithium battery power supply. Unlike conventional detectors, the advanced electrochemical sensor is designed to accurately measure low levels of carbon monoxide (CO). Rapid response to rising CO levels is provided by the sensor's smart technology, which enables the activation of a high sensitivity mode with predictive CO level rise prediction for faster alerting and activates an indication to open windows, ventilate the area thereby minimising the risk of CO poisoning and preventing the build-up of dangerous levels of carbon monoxide. Thanks to automatic diagnostic checks, the sensor continuously verifies its functionality and signals any malfunction immediately.
