Hydraulic separator, stainless steel, insulated
The Ermetiq hydraulic separator (low-loss header), made of stainless steel, hydraulically decouples the primary circuit of the boiler (heat source) from the secondary heating circuits. It ensures that flow and pressure conditions in the individual heating branches do not affect the heat source — ideal when combining several circulation pumps, mixing units, or in cascade boiler installations.
Available as 4x1" (45 kW) or 6x1" (70 kW), in a standard version or a Magnetic version with an integrated magnetic dirt separator that captures metallic (ferromagnetic) sludge right at the point where the circuits split, protecting the boiler, pumps and fittings from wear and clogging. All versions come with thermal insulation, reducing heat losses and increasing the energy efficiency of the heating system.
