Thermostats
The EMOS thermostat range splits into two groups. Room thermostats measure the air temperature and tell the boiler when to run; they come as manual or programmable units, wired or wireless, some with OpenTherm. Contact and capillary thermostats instead sense the temperature of a pipe or tank and typically switch a circulation pump.
Both types can work side by side: the room unit sets comfort, the contact thermostat watches the water temperature. Before you choose, check which control input your boiler offers and compare the switching load and power supply in the product parameters with your installation.
