At 20 mm this elbow matches the pipe diameter most systems use for their main branch runs – the lines that carry water from the manifold out to a bathroom or kitchen group before splitting further at each fixture. Keeping both ports at 20 mm means you can turn a 90° corner mid-run without reducing the pipe and, with it, the flow available further downstream.
Like the rest of the TYTAN press range, the body is nickel-plated brass, crimped on with a standard PEX jaw and sleeve for a permanent, tool-made joint rather than a threaded or glued one. Hydroland covers it with a 10-year warranty.
