The IVAR.IVC90 straight-through branch piece in size 15–15 mm is part of the IVAR carbon steel press system. Its through section carries press sockets for 15 mm pipe at both ends, while 15 mm branches lead off in two directions (PRESS × d × PRESS layout). One fitting thus handles both the branch and the pipe crossover.

Where to use it
Closed heating systems, permanently water-filled sprinkler and fire protection installations, compressed dry air, inert gases and industrial pipework. The fitting is not suitable for drinking water, nor for cooling lines without surface protection.
Installation note: always follow the installation instructions issued by the system manufacturer and flush the entire system before commissioning. IVAR recommends treating the heating water with GEL.LONG LIFE 100.
The IVAR.IVC90 range covers sizes 15–15 to 35–15 mm. For a branch to one side only, choose the one-sided IVAR.IVC91.

How can I check that the joint has been pressed?
A red stripe on the fitting indicates whether it has been pressed. In addition, the LBP (Leak Before Press) O-ring lets water escape during the pressure test if a joint was left unpressed.
